VOLUNTEER CREW CALL

EARN A CREDIT IN A FEATURE FILM!

Full Spectrum Features is looking for volunteers to assist on an upcoming film shoot.

Location: MANA Contemporary
Dates/Times: June 5-11 (generally 9am - 9pm)

We're shooting a scene from Molly Hewitt's feature film project. The story follows Trinity, a queer girl from Chicago who huffs the contents of a magic aerosol can and develops the ability to talk to the dead. She seeks the counsel of a variety of spiritual healers to figure out how to control this ability and what it means to her.

We'll be recreating a raucous drag show / party, and need your help to bring this ambitious vision to life!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in set build/design, set dressing, and other art department duties
  • Assisting with wardrobe and costumes
  • Supply and vendor runs
  • Help manage talent and extras
  • Organizing set traffic/logistics
  • Organizing craft services
  • Assisting in collecting paperwork
  • Possibly lending a hand in equipment set ups
  • Set striking (tear down, disposal)

In exchange for your time, you will be provided with meals on set, hands-on experience working on a professional film shoot, and a credit in the film.  You will also be able to meet a handful of industry professionals and help contribute to our important mission of diversifying the Chicago independent film scene.

Please email quinn@fullspectrumfeatures.com with any questions.
