JINGJING TIAN is a Chinese American filmmaker based in NYC. She likes to make films about people who stand up for themselves and others in unexpected ways. Raised in China and Texas, she speaks Mandarin and Texan--with a twang. Her work has been featured in Paper Magazine, AM New York, High Country News, South China Morning Post, and more. She is a Sundance Writer's Lab and Sundance Sloan Foundation semifinalist.
