Ryan corrigan whetsel

Ryan Corrigan Whetsel (he/him) is a producer and accountant from Chicago. Ryan has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois for over 10 years. Originally from St. Louis, Ryan moved to Chicago and received his B.A. in International Film and Media Studies as well as a B.B.A. in Accountancy from Loyola University Chicago. Following undergrad Ryan worked at Tribune Media owned Cars.com transitioning it from a private subsidiary into a $600M public company as the Manager of Financial Reporting. He then returned to graduate school to get his M.F.A. in Producing from DePaul University. Ryan went on to work in production accounting for Legendary Entertainment/Amazon’s Paper Girls and NBC Universal’s Chicago Med. Ryan has been part of the creative teams for both narrative and documentary independent features which have played at Tribeca, Chicago International Film Festival, Saint Louis Filmmakers Showcase, and other international festivals. He is excited to join Full Spectrum Features with a special interest in using film to draw attention to social injustices and amplify underrepresented stories.
