BluBird is a post-production facility committed to uplifting the voices of marginalized filmmakers. Founded and staffed by people of color, women, and LGBTQ filmmakers, we believe in the transformative power of cinema to shape a more equitable vision of the world.

Our skilled and interdisciplinary team manages the nitty-gritty aspects of the post-production process, interfacing between the various stages from on-set loading to DCP creation to delivery. BluBird's mission is to see the filmmaker’s vision realized. We believe in shaking up dominant cultural narratives through innovative and inclusive approaches to storytelling, and we are committed to raising the bar for polished, groundbreaking stories from the margins.

Redshift financial

RedShift Financial is a production finance and strategic producing company where independent and out-of-town producers can bring their projects and plug into a knowledge base and workforce that knows the local industry and the ins and outs of the IL film ecosystem and IL's Tax Credit program.

Offering services such as tax credit management, production accounting, and budget optimization, RedShift is committed to expanding financing opportunities for a project and simplifying producer responsibilities by streamlining a project's financial processes.
